What Russel wants to do (hurt Blair i guess) is really an awful thing but if you think about it, we can’t really blame him. I mean, Russel didn’t even kill his wife on purpose because he actually wanted to burn Bart not his own wife (which btw is still a bad thing) but he told all the truth to Chuck just so Reina wouldn’t fin out! he even agreed to never come back to NY just so Reina wouldn’t find out! But then mr. genius nate did the most stupid thing and told Reina! ok, i understand that it’s hard for him to keep the truth from her and see her suffer this way, but still, he shouldnt have told her…he’s an ass! so now Russel thinks it was Chuck that told Reina resulting his presence in the building wanting to hurt Blair all in all Nate is the ass here, not Russel if you know what i mean….

Charlie isn’t really Charlie. She’s an actor that Carol hired to play her daughter.
Chuck saves Blair from Russel Thorpe.When they go to the bar (or wherever it is that they go), they see that there is some kind of celebration going on.They join the party and end up in the chairs(traditional dance).However, Chuck sees how happy B is without him and he lets her go and tells the Prince that they have his blessing.

There is a Blair and Dan scene in like the last five minutes.When Blair leaves with Louis, Dan watches her go away longingly. Dan goes off with Eric and tells him that “the city’s been getting me down lately.” Eric realizes how deeply Dan loves Blair, and he is the only one who knows.

I was so disappointed that Chair didn’t happen–It’s embarassing to say, but I actually teared up when Chuck and Blair were saying “good-bye.” The writers really took us for a ride–they release that promo poster and for the first 25 minutes of the show, we think things look good for Chair, and then WHAM–just kidding, viewers!

GG can’t end without Chuck and Blair together–I want everything to be okay between them…Blair must be pregnant with Chuck’s baby, because I don’t think Louis and Blair have slept together in a while. The timing makes sense…3 weeks after Chuck and Blair’s “last hurrah” she realizes she’s pregnant. Maybe that’s also why there’s been so much emphasis on Chuck’s newfound maturity? Perhaps the writers are trying to gear up for Chuck to become a father?

I can’t imagine Chair having a baby though, I hope the chemistry would still be there…

Just in case you haven’t watched the episode (what are you waiting for!!) there are MAJOR spoilers below (I suggest you watch it yourself and find out):

I just watched this episode (finally!) and I have to say I am very satisfied. It was so filled with emotion, drama and a cliffhanger that makes me jump up and down for the next season. I think the music had something to do with it too. I cried when Blair and Chuck said bye but I love the maturity it took for Chuck to do that. He’s finally growing up. I will NOW be satisfied if him and Blair got back together. And giving pics that made it seem like CHAIR was getting back together was an awesome move. As for the cliffhanger……WHO IS IT! I think it’s B (because of what happened at the party) and Serena hasn’t been getting any for a while…as far as we know. I love Charlie!! Well….the fake one at least. She totally played it her way, or will next season anyway. The scene where we saw inside her purse I was like laughing inside my head. She’s badass. Lily’s sister on the other hand is a bitch. Is anything that she said to Lily true? I really thought that it was heartfelt but I guess it was all an act. I think that she’s worse than the upper eastsiders that she looks down on. She looks down on them, yet manipulates them to get money. I hope Eva (Iva? Ivy?) lets her know that she is NOT better than them when she does things like that.

I answer you here because I can’t do this below. So, if I got it, you’re a university student… an undergraduate! Super! Well you do sound younger, or it’s just me who had it in my mind differently. What is your research about? Ι wish you a very good luck with your study. I’m only 17 so I don’t know much about these… but I do know how does it feel studying all the time – especially next year, which is my last one in high school, I know I’m gonna have spare time at all! >.<

Yeah I’m in university, but in postgrad. It’s my first year…sometimes its stressful but I think I’m getting use to it. There are days when I have delays and I worry about whether or not I can finish in the next 3 years (some people have really been here for 7 years). So a lot of mental badgering. I don’t have to study for what I do, but I should be reading papers. Which I’ve been neglecting. My research sounds bigger and more exciting than it really is. I’m looking for compounds with chemopreventive and anticancer properties. So far, what I’m doing is repetitive (which I don’t mind sometimes) and easy once you get it.

Before postgrad, I had friends in high school and undergrad to help me take the stress away. But now they are gone into the work world or job hunting and hardly anybody is in postgrad like me. So I was lonely at first hehe. But I’ve made new friends . Studying is stressful, and I think the most important thing is to know how you work. Example, I work best at night, I can’t study for more than 3 hours straight and I couldn’t study with my best friend because we would end up chatting out the time. Good luck with your studies!

Very interesting! Friends do make it worse, I know. I prefer studying alone as well. You shouldn’t read non-stop at all, it’s harmful! Have a 10′-15′ break every 45′ or 60′ of reading, drink lots of water and orange juice, eat properly (consume small meals and 3 pieces of dark chocolate every day – my dietician says it’s the better you can do) and, for God’s sake, try to study in the morning! Or else you’ll destroy your night sleep, besides your body works waaaaaaaay better in the morning!

In which city do you study? Do you live alone?

Lol! You’re very sweet, thanks. I wake up late mornings, since I don’t have a set time schedule. So I usually reach to school by 12:30 and leave in the night (7,8, 9…11pm) I’ve been trying to stop this habit of getting up late, and I tried yesterday and this morning…because where I am is kind of isolated from the rest of the campus and near fields so people can walk across and try and break in (if everybody leaves before I’m finished, I call my dad to stay with me). But this morning after waking up 4:30am to wash clothes, I crashed at 7:30. So now it’s 10am and i just got back up. I feel so defeated (everytime I try to get up early, I end up going back to my old routine). I guess I just have to continue to try again…

I’m in Kingston (if I get technical, I’m in St. Andrew). No, I live with my parents and sister. I want to move out by next year but I don’t mind living with them because I don’t pay expenses . I’m going to buy dark chocolate LOL…I know it’s good for you, but didn’t think it was for studying.

Hot sometimes. Mostly in the afternoons. Like now isn’t hot. Oh, I woke up 7;30 this morning So far, there have only been a few days where I feel nothing can help the heat. I’d open windows and turn on the fan and it’s just hot air circulating. Portmore (in St Catherine) is worse though. I go often and it use to be unbearable because the fan wouldn’t work. But now my bf got a new fan, thank God which makes a huge difference. And there are lots of mosquitoes in Portmore, it’s ridiculous. I went on a killing spree once but it made no difference. Living in kingston has its ups and downs. I’d prefer to live in the west of the island. Country is always prettier but less activity, unless its near the tourist areas, and maybe less convenient.

I see… I actually know what you’re talking about. There’s almost the same situation in here as well; now the temperature inside and outside home is exactly the same, which is very pleasant. In less than a month, though, the weather will be unbearably hot. We already have some mosquitoes but I don’t really mind – they don’t really like me! They can pinch really anyone but me! My problem is flies. They make sooooo much noise that I cannot study, plus they NEVER leave my room! UUUUURGH!
You’re lucky to have a fan. I don’t and that means I have to let the door open so I can get a little cooled by the airconditioner we have in the living room. Additionally, my family keeps making noise all the time and I cannot get rest! I really suffer from noise problems as you can imagine xD

well… since I’m a Greek and I’m not informed enough about American series, I think it would be a good idea to explore some of them! So I’ll try to watch “Glee” or “Hellcats” (you’ll sensibly suppose I saw Matt Barr at Cosmopolitan and got stuck – to be honest, I did take a look and although I’m not that into blonds I just CANNOT forget that body!). Or I hope some greek channel will air True Blood like last year…however, nothing can beat GG! The emptiness will be shown

I don’t think it will be Blair that’s pregnant. Too obvious. GG always likes to twist things around… although, everything’s been so predictable lately, so I don’t know anymore about GG’s standards.

Secondly, if Blair KNEW she was pregnant, why the hell would she still remain so calm to Serena while they were talking? She was glowing, and she simply wouldn’t be if she knew she was pregnant and it could be either Chuck’s or Louis’.

And third, why would Blair – knowing that she was pregnant – confirm to her wedding date in NOVEMBER?! She would be showing her growing belly and that’s just not Blair-like.

And now, I rest my case. It’s either Dorotha’s or Eleanor’s.

what a philosofical thought upon the matter! you never know with GG… I just don’t think it’s everyone else’s but Serena or Blair’s. If it was Eleanor or Dorotha’s, they wouldn’t throw it into the girls’ room dustbin – especially if Dorotha was pregnant, there would be surely a relevant scene in which she announces the pregnancy to Vania. Maybe B wants to keep the secret for some more time? We’ll see….

Because Serena said, somewhere in the finale, that ‘she was all alone’. So now I think of it, what I said earlier about the baby either Dorotha’s or Eleanor’s, I take it back. It’s probably Serena’s, as GG even implied it.

And point number five: Serena looked kinda gloomish, whereas Blair was simply radiant while they were talking. Serena probably knew she was pregnant, was too scared to tell Blair, and in the first time of her life, she’s going on vacation ALONE to see CeCe?! That’s not the Serena we know, unless she suddenly pulled an 180. She probably went off to Cali to get it out, just like Lily did, and now nobody would know. I mean, she went of alone, so….. it’s kind of ideal to keep it a secret. You know what they say, like mother, like daughter.

And now, I really rest my case

Yet GG may have reffered to Serena’s loneliness to emphasize a possible future relationship with the boy who was reading The Beautiful And The Damned, don’t you think?
I didn’t observed her gloominess – but this could be either a simple coincidence or menstruation, you never know. As for the holiday with CeCe, why would that be suspicious? She does tend to escape somewhere alone even for a while – all along the show.

On the other hand, you can never be sure…

I totally agree with you!! I think Blair was way to happy at the end for her to be pregnant with possibly Louie or Chuck’s baby. It could be possibly Elinor or Dorota’s but I think it’s Serena’s. Although she hasn’t been getting any lately, I get the feeling that she could be a month in or something. Hint, hint, nudge, nudge…maybe the return of a certain convict. In other words, I think that she might be preggers with Ben’s baby and she didn’t take the test till then.

so that’s why it’s even more likely that the pregnant one is NOT blair, because blair herself confirmed or even proposed the wedding date in November. If she knew she was pregnant from either Chuck or Louis, she would set the date earlier (like, in August or September), so that nobody could see her being pregnant.

And besides, I read on a spoilersite that Ben would return in season 5, so good chance that it will be S’s baby…

Ok, I see your point…but did Serena and Ben have sex? Didn’t Ben turn her down at a party? But I do think they got together after…I remember Serena worrying that Ben wasn’t honest with her and Juliet calling him. But that’s it. So remind me, did Ben and Serena get together? By the way, what is with these GG characters not wanting to use a condom?? Before when the blast about Serena having an STI got out, everybody was worried. I’d still be worried even if I did wear a condom, but I have a feeling that they aren’t worried because they are paranoid like me. This is something thar came across my mind the other day. Anyhoo…can’t wait for season 5. I wish promos were out so I could get a glimpse at least.

Honestly, I have a gut feeling that it’s Blair even though I don’t want it to be. Chuck and Blair had sex in a room at the bar, remember? And I doubt they used protection, seeing as neither of them expected to have sex. It was pretty spontaneous. And also, after they said “Goodbye” the show cut to a scene 3 weeks later, which would give Blair enough time to confirm a pregnancy through a pregnancy test. If it were Serena, then she’d be 2 months in and a baby bump would start to show.

It makes more sense – would explain her being weird and leaving for California randomly, and also why Nate and Chuck would visit her in the S5 premiere. I think this could be a real good storyline for her and a great way to finally develop her character and have her mature. Serena has never been faced with the consequences of her actions. She’s always ignoring or running from them. But this, this will be something she can not ignore. It will be the first time she’ll actually have to face her mistake and make and actual decision. This storyline can really work for Serena, who up until now has always been floating about with out a care in the world. Wether she decides to terminate the pregnancy or not really wouldn’t matter. Because it will still be a major event that will change her life forever. And force her to grow up.
