Blake Lively and Penn Badgley discuss GG spin-off on Super Bowl Weekend.

Blake says that the second to last episode of the second season will also double as the pilot to the Gossip Girl spinoff which of course focuses on a young Lily. According the Blake the show will make a lot of flashbacks  mixing the current show with the past.

When asked about Georgina Blake said that she doesn’t know whats going to happen until she gets the script and she only knows that Georgina is coming back.

When Penn was asked about his character he said that his character was like the moral center of the show but likes it when Dan messes up…It looks like Penn likes being the bad boy! ooh!
