Gossip Girl here with a bit of a downer for you. “Valley Girls,” has been officially put on maybe permanent hold by the CW. It will NOT be on the Fall Lineup.  Take a look at what DID make the cut.

It COULD, maybe, possibly be back in the winter..but definitely not a sure bet. Personally, I was looking forward to the show but I know many people thought it was a bit of overkill. Maybe this will mean the writers can focus all of their talents on Blair, Serena, and the Scooby Doo gang :P

new shows are “the vampire diaries” which sounds a lot like True Blood

“the beautiful life,” which is by Ahston Kutcher and focuses on models.

and “Melrose Place,” which is obviously a sequel to the original melrose place.  And, big surprise, they’re going to put it on Tuesdays with new 90210 episodes . Smart!

Gossip Girl’s 80’s may be dead, but the 90’s are alive and well!
