A source told the magazine Us Weekly that Chace has moved out of Ed’s apartment they shared. The apartment was in the Chelsea neighborhood. They moved to the city after they were casted on Gossip Girl.

Chace moved out on Monday and into a rented penthouse apartment in the Dwel 95 building in New York City’s Financial District.

Apparently the reason Chace moved out was because Ed is a slob and Chace couldn’t live with the mess. That’s what the source says anyway. Good thing they both make enough money to afford their own places.
