she was probably on a break or whatever because there are many shots of herr while not filming in uggs.
I’ve seen live footage of takes and in shots where the ladies’ feet aren’t shown, they are wearing comfy shoes. I’ve seen it with both the character of Blair and Lily in Uggs during scenes from the waist-up or close-ups. Probably because 10 hours in them would be a killer! I think there are even some outtakes in Season 1 with Lily and Season 2 with Serena where the shot doesn’t work and they kick up their feet to reveal Uggs. You can see camera men in that first picture.

When they are not shooting their feet, the actresses/actors can wear more comfortable shoes, hence the uggs. Many people are saying that the women is Chuck’s mother, of course we won’t know for sure until it’s on!
