As the drama level ups, Blair’s style downs. I was highly disappointed by this weeks looks. A few months ago I gave you all my thoughts on her first look which to me, still looks chunky and overdone. The dress was a Alberta Ferretti Embellished Neck Tie Chiffon, which looked alright when she wasn’t wearing the Moschino Ruffle Pearl Tweed Jacket. With the sparkle and bow on the dress you don’t need gold chains, tweed and pearls added on to it. To add to the disaster she wore a Marc Jacobs Quilted Handbag and a pair of Roger Vivier Platform Court Heels. The heels are to die for but certainly not together with this outfit. Too much cream and too much fabric. Agreed?

Now, for look number two, she needed a fabulous dress to wow everyone for a Shower she had no clue what the theme was. She went for an orange Embellished Dior Dress. So, I love the class of Dior but I’m sorry this was such a bad choice for a dress. It looked like she was eight months pregnant already. The many embellishments would be maj but sadly it’s a sea of big sequins. I would prefer that the sequins were kept in size small with a few bigger ones mixed in. Next is that big horizontal, flat bow. I love bows but not like this, looks a little like a holly hobby frock. The straps hint more towards a night-gown than an elegant dress. The funny thing is, is that the original dress didn’t have the straps, instead a nude opaque organza fabric that looks like a tank top top. It’s just not pretty. The earrings however, I liked. The dangly, little crystals are pretty much the only thing I like about this outfit. The hair isn’t a crowd pleaser either, it was pinned up but the tips were standing out underneath the up do, so it doesn’t look polished enough. Her make-up however is always accepted by me. Smokey eye and bold lip.

Thoughts you guys?
