Love or hate Georgina Sparks on Gossip Girl, but the character will still be a part of the sixth and final season of the series.

Michelle Trachtenberg, who plays Georgina, has just confirmed that she will return, at least for the season finale, and maybe a few more episodes before that.

In the last season, Georgina temporarily assumed Gossip Girl’s blog and was privy to everything that went on with the Upper East Side. It was fun for the actress to play and for the final season her hope is that she will be able to sleep with all the men of Gossip Girl by the show’s end.

The actress reasons that Georgina is an “equal opportunity offender”, and that even if she’s married, she didn’t want to single out anyone of the other men, and would look forward to bedding every one of them.

The actress may be kidding but it’s not farfetched. Her character could actually do that. Because Georgina Sparks is always looking for trouble, isn’t she?

Gossip Girl’s sixth and final season will be up for 10 episodes, if only to wrap all lose ends. Will you be missing the show when it ends?
