Blair – her hair looked nice in both seasons, though I like her hair in season 2 a little better (just a little);
Serena – sometimes her hair looked too messy, but mostly it looked good in both seasons;
Jenny – season 1 – she looked so cute;
Chuck – season 2 (I generally like guys with this type of haircut, and it fitted him very well);
Nate – season 1;
Dan – season 2.

Well .. it was kinda hard to decide , but
Blair – Definitely season 2 , she looks more elegant and sophisticated ,
Serena – Season 1 , I ADORE her messy hair !
Jenny – Season 3 !! she’s so gorgeous :O
Chuck – Season 2 …
Nate – Season 2 , he’s like the love of my life >< ♥
Dan – Season 2 … I hate his hair both ways X D

I honestly prefer all of the hairstyles from season 2, except Blaire’s …she looked better in Season 1.
Also, I like Jennys season 3 hairstyle loads better …

blair-season 1…her hair is gorgeous dark.
serena-season 1
chuck-either way…love him!
nate-season 1 if i had to pick but both are fine
jenny-season 1 definitely
dan-season 2…i don’t like the buzz at all!

the writers/stylists/etc just have to look back to season 1 and if they use that as their inspiration, the show will [hopefully] go back to its original glory!

Blair – Season 1 defo.!! its more audrey hepburn

Serena – Season 2 – looks more sunny and suits her

Jenny – Season 2 – lyk the whole punk girl with attitude/doesnt care theme
Chuck – Season 1 – season 2 is nice as well, but prefer 1

Nate – defo defo season 2, its less posh daddy’s boy

Dan – season 2 – admit it, haircut in season 1 was not doing him any favours
