I think Serena and Dan shouldnt get together again… it was the same with Ryan and Marissa in the OC… they got together…what…10 times? and it was so boring after a while. Well ofc at the end of GG they will probably end up as a couple again, but till then i guess they both gonna find someone else… at least for a few episodes…

Dan and Serena are not related(or, as you said, “realted”). They share a half-brother, but they themselves are not half-siblings. So, it’s really not sick. Just unusual.
