Move over, Nate. Someone has taken over your place in the heart and impulses of Diana.

Or is this the case?

This week, we meet Aidan on Gossip Girl. He is one of Lola’s closest friend’s from Florida and he has been sought by Lola to specifically target Diana, to get the dirt on her for Nate, who is planning to take the Spectator off his management.

Yes, I know. Lola is apparently pretty shrewd herself. But let’s not talk about that for a moment. Let’s focus on Aidan.

The character is played by David Gregory, who was once a One Life To Live star. Gregory, 26 years old, admits that baiting on someone like Elizabeth Hurley is definitely uncomfortable. Fortunately though, the actress was game about it. He says that Hurley is totally not like her character on the show coz she is the sweetest. And althought Aidan’s appearance seems to be just a one-time thing, the actor couldn’t be happier to be a part of it, saying it was definitely good to do primetime TV after being in daytime television all those years.

David Gregory had such presence, despite his brief appearance on the series.

Will the show’s producers consider getting him back?
