Serena Serena Serena, a lady with taste I should say. Monday’s episode proved no less. Her first ensemble included a Haute Hippie Feather Sequin Vest, a knit tank together with a Rodarte Pleated Metallic Skirt. Neutral and Natural. Earthy tones have always suited our dearest S and this look tells us why. Her tan skin (even after 6 weeks) is still as strong as ever, and emphasizes the tan of the skirt and brings out the crispness of her shirt. The pattern on her skirt is hardly noticeable on TV but when you look at the picture closely you can see one, delicate, print. The knit tank gives an opposition to the skirt, bohemian mixed with Parisian chic almost. What can one not love about that. The vest gives an almost wintry atmosphere. It’s lined with fur which adds texture and more boho, which let’s be honest, is the ultimate Serena look. To make a more complete outfit, the stylists added a Mulberry Harriet Ostrich Tote and a pair of Brian Atwood Power Studs Suede Platform Pumps. The mulberry totes have been extremely popular with our UES It Girl. We’ve seen a different one on her almost every week! It matches the outfit perfectly due to another shade of earthy. To add some boldness and wintery must have, a deep red. Perfection with studs. Who wouldn’t wear these beauties? Now to balance it we see a Siman Tu Veined White Turquoise Necklace. Serena at her finest. Hair? Groomed, yet wavy mane and the make-up is a brightened up glow, added to her visage.
As for the second look, a more polished Serena is to be seen. She picked a gorgeous blue Preen Stretch Plaza Dress with lots of pleats and lots of body hugging. Did I not mention she should wear more blue? Looks like the stylists heard me! The blue looks to die for on her, crisp, clean and beautiful. As for shoes, I didn’t get a look at what she wore but it must have been a perfect choice. Accessory wise she is wearing dangly gold thin chain earrings with a blue stone. Simple, yet just the right amount of glitz. Her hair up into a ponytail, tied with a blue hairband. Make-up wise the theme is simplicity; mascara, eyeliner, and a lip stain.
