Leighton Meester attended the Salvatore Ferragamo Cruise Collection 2013 Show at Galerie Denon on Tuesday (June 12) in Paris, France. “The show made French history as the first presentation to host a catwalk show at the famed Louvre Museum. It was made possible by the fashion house’s sponsorship of the Louvre’s current exhibition of “The Virgin and Saint Anne,” the last painting by Leonardo da Vinci.” according to Just Jared.
The lovely Leighton wore a head to toe Ferragamo ensemble and clad in all red. Quite perfect isn’t it? Not just the outfit but the color since she is in the City of Love. The blouse has a boatneck collar and draped just below the shoulders. It scrunches in at the wrists and has a slit down her chest which she neatly tied up in order to avoid a peek-a-boo dilemma. I must say this blouse reminds me very much of a pirate shirt, recall Orlando Bloom in Pirates of the Caribbean? Not to say that I hate it, very much the opposite but that’s all I could think about. It also has a very interesting pattern printed on it. Next up is a high waisted pencil skirt which is striped and sports various shades of red. I love this skirt. Absolutely infatuated and I think it matches the blouse very well. Then a pair of black peep-toe’s and a black clutch and we are in business. While waiting in line she was also wearing a black Nanny Coat which has cutouts instead of sleeves. Her hair seems much lighter than in previous photos but the bangs are yet again very much present. I do love her make-up though which has some red accents to it to complete the Look of Red.
All in all a success, what do you guys think?
