I just found a few stunning pictures of the lovely Leighton Meester. She was attending the 2009 Young Lions Fiction Award looking very cute.

This outfit probably has mixed reviews but I actually love this!
The silky satin Prabal Gurung mini dress hug’s her figure amazingly and the oversized dramatic bow is very haute couture, I love the print on the dress – especially the bow, just stunning!
The cute waist belt paired with the Roger Vivier stilleto’s keeps everything cohesive and very elegant.
I love her messy-but-soft hair as it tones everything down as this outfit is already quite striking.

But, I do feel that she could have switched the bag (also Roger Vivier) for maybe a cute, black leather clutch(same leather as the belt). But that is only my opinion.
