The stunning Leighton Meester was spotted at the 2010 Teen choice awards on August the 8th, and walked away with the infamous surfboard award for best TV actress!

She donned a white hot, embroidered Emilio Pucci dress. I love the detailing throughout the dress, and I think the long sleeves are vair cute.
I LOVE these Christian Louboutin’s so much and they add a little something to the outfit…The pompom detailing is so cute and droolworthy!
Also love the Cathy Waterman jewelry-always great to accessorize

Leighton hasn’t looked this cute is a while and I like it. Fun, fresh and stylish
