Nate Archibald’s Little Black Book

Pretty boy Nate Archibald surely had a taste of all the girls of Gossip Girl except for conniving Georgina Sparks. I wonder who will be his next conquest in Season 5. But before we think of whom he winds up, or rather “hooks up” with for the upcoming season, let’s do a recap of his girls.

First there was beautiful Blair Waldorf. They were considered the “it” couple of Constance. Physically, they looked really good together. But unfortunately, Blair was too “safe” for Nate Archibald, which resulted with Nate secretly having a hot, steamy, session with Serena van der Woodsen. Regardless of this, his relationship with Blair ended in the same way most high school sweethearts do.

Summer comes and so does a new love affair. Who can forget about Nate’s affair with cougar/married woman, Catherine Mason (Madchen Amick). I don’t know if one would consider this as a romantic relationship, but definitely there was lots of action going on and not to forget money.

Upper East Side meets Brooklyn. From high maintenance, classy Blair, comes independent, home-schooled, fun, and outspoken, Vanessa Abrams. There wasn’t much drama in this relationship, but I guess, their differences are primarily the reason for this to go downhill. Vanessa being a little too uptight from time to time, and a bit opinionated, fighting for what she thinks is right or what should be…but despite her strong personality she had her own insecurities of herself as well.

Little J…Jenny Humphrey, the not so innocent little girl who worshipped the elite group of Constance, adored Serena, made her own clothes and in the end, had a short lived relationship with Nate, thanks to her brother Dan. There were mixed reviews with this relationship, but if you asked me, I liked their pair up.

Bree, I can’t say that much about this character, portrayed by Joanna Garcia. But all I can recall is that her relationship with Nate was like a Romeo and Juliet kind of thing in the beginning, with the paparazzi following them all around, but in the end, Bree turned out to be a total traitor.

Finally, Nate and Serena van der Woodsen, a dream come true for Nate. With Blair falling in love with Chuck Bass, and Serena being single again, this paved way for this union to happen. Then again, Serena was too hot to handle or rather she had too many personal issues to handle.

The last girl Nate dated was Juliet Sharp played by Katie Cassidy. Juliet was a bit psychotic, being obsessed over ruining Serena. Things just got a bit complicated with Juliet therefore making Nate lose trust and interest in her.
Not to forget, Nate had a number of flings one summer playing with Chuck’s little black book, bringing out his frisky and experimental side. For this upcoming season of Gossip Girl, let’s just wait and see who this man candy has the eyes for.
