This picture was taken by an anonymous person who might not have been on the set. We can’t really tell where this scene is taken place. I’m not sure if Rufus meets Scott not knowing that he’s his first son. In the season 2 episode ‘Gone with the Will’ the Ronsson’s (parents who adopted Scott) lied to Rufus and Lily and told them that their other son Andrew was Rufus and Lily’s son. But Andrew died in a boat accident and they had a newspaper article to prove it. The Ronsson’s only did that because they thought Rufus and Lily would take Scott back. Scott probably knows that Rufus and Lily are his parents because he did notice the article in the newspaper of them two getting married in the season finale. If Rufus did know that Scott was his son, he would have probably hugged him instead of a handshake.
