IT IS ON. Katie Cassidy’s upcoming character in season 4 is going to take B down. B may rule the UES but best not take this newcomer lightly!

“When we had the idea for the role we knew there was going to be a really short list of actresses who could actually stand up to Blake [Lively] and Leighton on the screen,” says the show’s executive producer. “Katie felt like a great choice.”

First of all, I think this actress is STUNNING. She’s going to be playing Nate’s new love interest, NOT Chuck’s. That’s Clemence Poesy.
