Hey people!

Not exactly a shocker, they could hardly kill off one of their biggest grossers and Ed would hardly give up the show that made him a star but the CW unveiled officially at the Upfronts that Chuck will, in fact, live. This is what the tease for the next season was:

“Season Four will open with a radiant Serena and Blair enjoying their grand, romantic summer in Paris … until Chuck mysteriously arrives in town with a new girlfriend and a new identity.”

As we know, the season kicks off in Europe (Paris, no less). Also:

“Blair swore off Chuck forever but will this changed man woo Blair into having a change of heart, or will Queen B set her sights on ruling Columbia University? And as for that baby … ?”

What could’ve happened between him almost being killed and him showing up in Paris?! What does this mean for Chair? Is GG getting back it’s lost glory?

Don’t see the connection between the shooting and the secret identity, but I guess we’ll just have to wait and find out! All I can say is Chuck and Blair better get back together during season 4 and become engaged.

EXACTLY Moll, Nathan and Haley became old before their time, and during season 3 it happened to Chair a little, I don’t want them to fall into a routine because it would force the writers to add some spice to their relationship in order to save the show that could possibly kill chair.

And it’s not a secret identity Camille, it’s a “new” identity, meaning he’s off the booze and drugs and prostitutes and scheming, but I doubt it will last long at all.

I don’t really watch OTH, although I too don’t want Chair to become boring. I just really like the whole marriage IDEA. Anyhoo, there are plenty of other ways to add spice to their relationship. Perhaps pregnancy is a possibility, not that I’m advocating that plotline.

i bet that he has some form of memory loss due to losing alot of blood from being shot but then again not sure because he didn’t have a brain bleed or maybe he thinks he can start his whole life over again .
or maybe he goes into a coma for a bit then can’t remeber who he is n blah new identity is formed

apparently he’s trying to prove to Blair that he can be in a relationship without games which is why he pretends he’s someone he’s not and dates this other girl, but in the end it doesn’t help so he becomes the real Chuck again, and then some things happen and they’re once again pushed together.

But I think that the above would be a bit too lovey dovey, soul mates crap that GG isn’t really about. As much as I love GG, and I do want them to have a happy ending, I’m scared it’s going to be cheesy happy.

agree.. and since when does C has a girlfriend? its kinda the epicness in chair. ´chuck bass doesnt do girlfriends´right? and there is no woman in the world for him then blair.
last season when he felt related to Elle, I was kinda depressed. maybe she is his new ´girlfriend´.
but the writers should be very carefull about chair, because in thei relationship happend so many shit, i think, if this deep drama continues or gets even worse, chair wont have a realistic future.
in season 4 they should either get back together soon (until 4.05) or they move on, (dair?!)and get back together in the middle/ end of the season. and please not that boring columbia-guy for blair. and i hope nate gets better dressed in season4, cuz i really hate hischecked chemises

I liked Chuck with his short hair in season 1 but i think his longer hair makes him look more older and more mature.

Chuck and blair have been my favourites ever since i saw the first episode
I like how the writers have their little games against each other but in the end they showed their love for one an other and the season 2 ended so sweetly

Season 3 has proved to have lots of great chuck and blair moments but im not sure its as good as season 1&2 cuz now they r older and there r not so many games anymore. but i stilll lovedddd it and i seriously cried when chuck slept with jenny

I love how the it sounds like the games r back for season 4 and how chuck got shot was a great plot.

Cannot wait until season 4!!!

I’m so glad that Chuck is still Alive !! Of course they could not make him die ! It’s chuck !
About the new girlfriend, maybe she helped him recovering after his being shot, or maybe she was there for him when he needed to forget about all the bad stuff. About the ring, you know I hope he could get it back. He could have died for it, I think he should find it and just give it to Blair when they get back together (’cause they cannot not get back together).
I would also like it if D & S could get back as a couple. I’ve always loved them when they were together (except for the Dan always judging Serena). I don’t particularily like Vanessa. Her and Dan are just a boring couple.

And I’m SURE Georgina is not Pregnant !! She’s schemming something !!

Chuck didn’t get shot in Paris, n. The two guys who mugged him were NOT speaking French. I’d chance a guess it was an Eastern European language, as it looked like he might have been in Russia, although I’m not positive.

Lol. He went back to being the old, run away from my problems Chuck Bass and went off to the low parts of Prague where he got drunk, probs took a few drugs hooked up with some hookers and then got shot and mugged.

This was apparently enough to make him rethink the running away, boozing, drugs and prostitutes part.
